“Madam Law” Ms LAW Ka-yan is a Senior Divisional Officer at the Fire Services Department. From a graduate in Counselling and Psychology to one of the few women in leadership roles within the disciplined services, her passion for connecting with people and her dedication have been key to her success. She has been on the frontline of major incidents and understands that firefighting is not only about rescue, but also about commitment and perseverance.
