We Chinese cherish Confucian teachings that advocate traditional Chinese family virtues such as benevolence, righteousness, integrity, loyalty and filial piety. With parents' teaching by words and deeds, these virtues are imprinted on children and passed down through generations, eventually become virtuous values of every family. This new family education video series, comprising seven episodes, uses different furniture to take us through time and space to recover virtuous family values!

With a mirror that helps travel through time and space, Episode 2: Reflections on the Past, Insights into the Future highlights the importance for parents to teach by example, and advocates virtuous family values such as filial piety, benevolence, integrity and sense of responsibility.
Episode 3 : Daughter's Princess Bed in Future
Episode 3: Daughter’s Princess Bed in Future is a story about a daughter pressing her father for a princess bed, and eventually learning a lesson on the virtuous family values of expressing love, care and gratitude among family members.
Episode 4 : Back in Time for Dinner
In Episode 4: Back in Time for Dinner, everyone shares the life lessons they learnt when dining with their own families in the past, thereby bringing out the message of nurturing the virtuous family values of diligence and thrift.

Episode 5: Laughter Saves the Day explains why perseverance and positivity are virtuous family values, and demonstrates how parents may teach their children to overcome adversity with positive thinking.
