Youth Development Blueprint 

The Home and Youth Affairs Bureau released the Youth Development Blueprint in late 2022.  It outlined the overall vision and guiding principles for the Government’s long-term youth development work in future and put forward various concrete actions and measures, with the vision to nurture a new generation of youth equipped with global perspective, aspiring and positive thinking mindset and affection for our city and country.


Youth Development Commission

Young people possess different talents and aspirations.  The Government and the Youth Development Commission, through organising and sponsoring a variety of youth development programmes, help our young people equip themselves, realise their talents to the fullest, sharpen their competitive edge and nurture their physical and mental well-being.  The overarching objective is to guide our young people to shine and thrive, enabling them to contribute to society and our country.

Youth.gov.hk

Youth.gov.hk is managed by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau.  The portal serves as a comprehensive information platform that consolidates the latest youth-related information from various government bureaux, departments, and youth-related organisations.  It covers a wide range of topics such as further studies, career development, entrepreneurship, community participation, cultural and creative activities, and more.

youthfest@HK is organised by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau annually starting from 2023.  Different sectors of the community are invited to jointly organise a wide spectrum of activities for engaging and helping the youth to develop their potential, enhance their knowledge, and share their experience, etc.


WeVenture

The Alliance of Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurial Bases in the Greater Bay Area (the Alliance) was established with several tens of member organisations from various sectors in the Greater Bay Area.  The Alliance provides a one-stop information, publicity and exchange platform which consists of different information to support Hong Kong youth entrepreneurs in the Greater Bay Area, including the events of the Alliance, and the “Funding Scheme for Youth Entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Funding Scheme for Experiential Programmes at Innovation and Entrepreneurial Bases” rolled out by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and the Youth Development Commission under the Youth Development Fund.

Youth Square

Youth Square strives to serve as a focal point for territory-wide development of young people in Hong Kong, particularly in multi-faceted excellence and in gaining wider exposure, locally, with the Mainland and internationally through interactions and exchange programmes with different places.
